| Deposits & Cancellations |

.A deposit of £50.00 per person per week is required to confirm a provisional booking, payable by credit/debit card. |

Deposits are NON refundable. |

(a) Cancellation outside of 14 days – loss of deposit.
(b) Cancellation within 14 days – 50% of the total cost.
(c) Cancellation within 7 days – 66% of total cost |

All reservations are from 2 pm on the date of arrival. We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am .If required temporary storage of luggage is available |

We do not have a night porter and would appreciate all guest to arrive before 11.30 pm.
