Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Cancellations
1.	Tariffs quoted are per room and not per person, in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%
2.	Terms quoted are subject to revision until confirmed by payment of deposit.
3.	All King Double/twin rooms are let on the basis of two people sharing.
4.	All bedrooms are ensuite with shower or bath.All have tea & coffee making facilities,colour television & hairdrier and WiFi.
5.	The Hotel has its own car park which is available to guests free of charge during their holiday. Cars are parked at owners risk.
6.	No responsibility is taken for valuables unless entrusted to the Hotel safe.
7.	We are unable to accommodate children below the age of 10 years.
8.	We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
9.	Newspapers can be purchased,please order in advance.
10.	We regret that we no longer accept cheques.
Meals
1.	Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.30am
2.	The bar will open at 6 pm and close at 11 pm.or at the Hotel’s discretion.
3.	Smoking is not permitted inside the Hotel, however outside we do have a licensed sun terrace where you can smoke and enjoy a drink.
1.	A credit card number is required as a guarantee when you book. The card will be used to take the value of the first night's booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.
2.	The Balance of your holiday is required on day of arrival at check in.
3.	CANCELLED BOOKINGS:
	Reservations must be cancelled 5 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no shw or cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. We recommend holiday insurance - please request forms.
	We strongly recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
4.	Arrivals/Departures Check in 14.00 - 2300 Check out 10.30 - 10.30
5.	We do not have a night porter, please ring if running late. Tempory storage of luggage is available for a short time.

Special Needs
1.	Please advise us of any special needs you or anyone in your party have at time of booking.
2.	We do not have any ground floor rooms.All rooms are located on the first and second floors. We do not have a lift.
3.	The licensed sun terrace facing the beach is provided for guests which is accessible from the Hotel main entrance without steps to climb.
