Comfortable room with wonderful sea views from the large panoramic window. Excellent location for sea front,town and harbour. Superb breakfast at the start of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel Manager made me feel at home the moment I arrived. Dining room and lounge overlooks the sea. Food is good and cooked to order. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and well appointed.

Dislikes:
The only problem we encountered was the non receipt of newspapers that we ordered.

Excellent service, a bright room with comfortable bed of a good size for a single room. The well cooked substantial breakfast was served in a lovely dining room with a view of the sea.

Staff are friendly but not invasive - allowing you to come and go without fuss
Dislikes:
It's a shame that building work on a nearby site is limiting some of the view of the beach.

Size of the room, location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff. It was blowing a gale and absolutely freezing outside but the room was lovely and warm
Dislikes:
New build opposite meant that builders could look directly in our window so were unable to open one set of curtains. We were not informed of this prior to our visit. Scaffolding present everywhere
