The room was ok and had a lovely view, but everything was a bit cramped. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the price reflected that. The service and facilities didn't justify the price. Read less

We chose this hotel for the sea view and were not disappointed. Bedroom was exactly as expected although bathroom was a little on the small side. Breakfast was excellent and both owner and staff were friendly. Only minor complaint would be that water system noise from adjacent room was loud and disturbed our sleep on a couple of occasions. The location and views from the hotel are excellent; it is worth phoning the hotel direct to book a good room. The hotel is very clean and decorated to a good standard.

As stated a very good location, very clean and good service in the breakfast room. The food was of a good standard and served by pleasant waitresses.
Dislikes:
No lift. We were on the second floor and on registering no offer was made to assist with luggage up a narrow and steep staircase.

Being close to the beach and within 15 minutes of the shops in Falmouth. The cooked breakfast was excellent.
Dislikes:
We were not informed that our sea view would have a small building site in front of it when we booked and I think this should have been pointed out.
