Convenience for rail station and town; beach a plus (though not necessarily a top priority in February!).
Dislikes:
Just wish that the breakfast could have been a bit more interesting - the unimaginative Full English, and the self-service table, wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, or the price.

Very clean room with nice modern en-suite.Good size comfortable bed.Superb breakfast while looking out sea. Waitress very polite and friendly.Excellent location.
Dislikes:
Nothing really,although i liked eating there in evenings which is no longer an option.
