This is an excellent value small hotel on the sea front in Falmouth. The food and service are of a good standard. People should bemade aware that there are stairs to climb, but we don't mind that and a great view awaits. In fact, we can't think of any reason to stay anywhere else in Falmouth, so we'll be back. No noise from other rooms or outside.
Dislikes:
Mirror in bedroom too low to sit at table and use hairdryer ( and I am reasonably tall )

Helpful friendly staff in a comfortable, well situated position. We were there to visit the oyster festival, so Falmouth was fairly lively.

The food was good, varied and well-presented. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea which was a nice touch. WiFi service worked well.
Dislikes:
The room lacked ventilation unless we opened the balcony door. Add to this the use of a plastic mattress protector and the room was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Very friendly, comfortable hotel. Our first floor bedroom had a very large new double bed and a new modern bathroom. We were amazed at the wonderful view over the bay. We would stay here again.
