Nice building. Well presented and manitained. Good position for the sea and great views.
Dislikes:
At breakfast time the wated for the tea was not hot enough.

Friendly staff, and lovely lounge area with view out onto the beach. Also seated area outside with same view , unfortunately weather did not permit this during our stay.
Dislikes:
Room was situated above kitchen with only a view of the roof. Also this meant that we were woken up at 7.15 every morning by kitchen noise and staff chatting.

the balcony. friendly staff. center location but still with a sea view.
Dislikes:
the shower in room 12 did not work properly as it went from boiling hot to freezing cold several times before remaining freezing cold.
